Zhejiang Runxin Hardware isa source factory specializing in the R&D,production,service and export of precision stainless steel fasteners.We have years of deep experience focusing on set screw series,backed bya mature production system and extensive foreign trade supply experience.
Our factory mainly manufactures fasteners in 304&316 stainless steel, brass,aluminum,alloy steel and other materials.All productsare produced in strict compliance with global general standards including ISO,GB/T (Chinese Standard),DIN (German Standard),ANSl and ASME (AmericanStandards), enabling high-precision tolerance machining.

Our factory is equipped with a full set of integrated precision production equipment,including cold heading formingmachines,threadrolling machines,automatic instrument lathes, precision grinding machines and chamfering machines.All processing procedures are completed in-house without outsourcing.Mass production delivers stable precision and controllable lead time, capable of fulfilling large orders for European and American markets.
Quality Inspection Strength
自建专业检测实验室，配备硬度检测仪、投影仪、二次元检测仪、深度规、内六角塞规止规、精密通止规等全套检测器具。执行来料检、制程检、成品检、出厂检四重标准，严格把控尺寸、材质、耐蚀性，产品符合欧美进口验收规范。
We have built an in-house professional testing laboratory furnished with complete testing instruments such as hardness testers, optical projectors, 2Dmeasuring instruments，depth gauges，hexagon socket go/no-go gauges and precision go/no-go gauges.We implement four-level inspection standards: incoming material inspection,in-process inspection, finished product inspection and pre-delivery inspection to strictly control dimensions,material composition and corrosion resistance. All products comply with European and American import acceptance standards.
