3D modeling
3D modeling software has been applied in the structural,
sheet metal and busbar design of our products, with
models built based on the actual structural dimensions
of the products, effectively addressing the issue with 2D
design software of being unable to conduct 3D simulation,
significantly reducing design error probability while
improving design efficiency.
3D simulation
in the product development and design phase, we perform
comprehensive product simulations based on design
requirements, including electrostatic field analysis, thermal
distribution modeling simulation and mechanism kinematic
simulation, which provides reliable theoretical and data support
for product design, significantly shortening the development
cycle while improving design accuracy and efficiency.
During the initial design phase, we construct 3D
models of civil structures and electrical equipment
based on the design drawing, simulate on-site
layout for feasibility analysis, determine the power
and control cable routing, and formulate the
construction plan based on the simulation results,
effectively reducing issues that might come up
during construction and improving efficiency.
After completing 3D modeling of the design, we employ the SVMAN-A
software to make process cards and installation animations. Through the
digital control display in the production line, we offer guidance for workers on
the shop floor to carry out assembly and production operations, effectively
reducing process issues and improving productivity.

Testing Item Cycle
1 Transformer 5 Arrester 9 Secondary circuit According to DL/T596 “Preventive Test Specification for Power
Equipment” and GB50150 “Acceptance Test Standard for Electrical
Equipment of Electrical Installation Project”, the preventive test shall
be performed once a year and once three years for 35kV electrical
equipment and 12kV electrical equipment respectively. (It is suggested
that the preventive test be performed 12kV electrical equipment once a
year).
